HI Robert,

Thanks for the regclean info.  As far as backweb goes, I had a bad 
experience with it when I installed a logitek product a year or two ago. 
Had to get rid of it.  He used the kodak product before with no problem so I 
do not know what has changed but it has something to do with the updater 
file, the error does.  Perhaps there is a setting in his program somewhere I 
can find to change it from doing what it is doing, maybe it is trying to 
update automatically.
