Backweb is not necessarily a bad thing one of its most legitimate uses is to 
check for updates to products and drivers.  To delete it could possibly cause 
errors - I would check to see how backweb is used before deleting it esp. if it 
is included in the software from a company such as Kodak, (However you remember 
what Sony did to some of us so don't have a blind faith trust in anybody.)
