-=PCTechTalk=- Re: spybot - uninstall?

Hi Cris,
this won't help you now, but when I download a program I create a folder
called the same name.
I used SS&D for Spybot Search & Destroy.
I download the program to that folder then close the download and check the
file with my AV program.
Then I install it to the same folder so that I know where it is.
It makes trouble sooting a lot easier.

If you check the SS&D forums someone may have an answer to where it saves
it's files.

I'm needing to uninstall 1.2 so that I can install 1.3. It says to do a
complete
uninstall, including directories, before installing 1.3.

I see their web site is back up now though!! and I found their forum - they
told
me to find the uninstall in the folder -or under start - it doesn't exist
anywhere....
grrrr !!!
