Cris, I don't have spybot, but I saved the tutorials from Dave a while back
and was just looking through the "use" tutorial.  At the very end, where it
shows how to recover something you deleted, I saw a screenshot that showed
an option to uninstall.  It just went by real quick in the tutorial, but if
you go there for real in your program, that option should maybe be there (?)

I hadn't put the new spybot on here yet. I was going to do it now - it says

uninstall the older version first.
How do I do that? !!!
I go to add/remove and when I click on change/remove, it opens the
program!!!
their web site is over crowded right now apparently. I was trying to find
their
forums for help, but I apparently don't have it bookmarked...thought I did!
