Howdy Hank,
    I'm curious as to why you're concerned about your screen resolution.  I 
don't see where the resolution of a monitor would have any effect on a 
screen reader for the blind.  Heck, you could probably just leave your 
monitor off and save some greenbacks on your electric bill.      :o)
