This one gives you a 'safe to remove' and a 'questionable' list...then just
look at the software that corresponds to the listing...if you no longer have it
then get rid of it....

I used to use a regcleaning program that was supposed to be easy, but I
still never knew which things to delete. All I knew basically was if
something did not look familiar to me maybe it should be deleted, not a good
way to go Im sure.
