Your CPU is about .5 gig over the game min. reguirement and you have twice the 
min RAM
  you say you have a accellerated video card and the games requires atleast 32 
MB there my best guess is that you exceede that however that shouldn't matter 
much until you try and play the game.  However you are required to have 4 GIG 
of HDD space to install and i would start looking for my problem there - maybe 
wash, defrag and re-install the game.
