hey Deb B....
do a search on your system for all files with a .pwl extension. start ->
find -> type in the box *.pwl -> and make sure that you are searching the
entire C drive. when windows finds these files, delete them all and reboot.
when your system comes up again, you will get a windows password prompt - do
not enter a password here, just click OK and cancel thru the next prompt.
if this doesn't work, let me know and I'll try to find another resolution.
