heck I'm not quick in responding - yes it did but thank you for asking - 
once I reformatted for the 3rd time it worked fine - now if I could get the 
one bug fixed I'd be a happy camper - HP's solution seemed to work when I 
was in webchat but once I checked the next day it didn't and I haven't 
bothered asking again as the solution they did give made no sense - Dolores
