1st recommendation is to clean up your drives, remove things you don't need.
2nd empty the recycle/trash bin
3rd run scandisk on all drives, or if you have it use NDD, because it's
better.
4th install PM on the boot drive
you need to keep in mind what happens when you add/remove drive
partitions with windows, the drive letters are subject to changing, most
programs will fail if the drive letter changes, while PM has a mapper
utility you will be better off to re-install those programs.
Assuming the 2 fat32 partitions are adjacent to each other I would
recommend combining them 1st. If you boot form the fat32 partition
changing it to NTFS might render it unbootable, however NTFS is better
than fat32.
