Create a filter like this:

Where the from line contains people
and
Where the message size is more than
and
Where the message has an attachment

Then

Do not download it from the server.
Stop processing more rules.


This will keep the message on the server and allow you to use
webmail to make sure you want to delete it.  It will also avoid
totally blocking all messages from the person and allow smaller
file attachments and messages without attachments from the
person to still download.

If you omit the first line of the filter, it will stop messages with
large file attachments from _any_ body from downloading.

Either way you will want to check your mail via webmail at least
once in a while to prevent these messages from consuming all the
server space you have for other mail.  (not important if you get
unlimited storage space)
