Two ways.
1. Log onto to your ISP website and access your mail via their webmail
page. Find the message, review it, save the file if desired, and then
delete it.
2. Create a filter to stop it from downloading from the server. Then,
after all other mail is downloaded, turn off the filter and see if it will
download.
