Thanks Don.  I had heard of Acer but did not know anyone who had one or had 
used one in the past.  I will have to drop in at my local Walmart tomorrow 
to see if they have that one in stock there and check it out.  I am not as 
concerned with tech support as I am with good quality parts and at least 
getting my money's worth out of it.
