hmmmm. I am not sending to--am I?.. it's a matter of association..for SOME 
reason all my image files open with one program. And it wasn't the one I 
needed for a certain problem.  I need to put another program into the lineup 
of " open with" on the right click.  Unless what you are talking about will 
also do the same thing?
Have to see.

is this what you need;

How about using your Right Click 'Send To' option?
Find your 'Send To' folder.
Find 'mspaint.exe' & right click and "create shortcut".
Cut & Paste the shortcut into your 'Send To' folder.
