help,,I deleted a file with family pics in it I did not mean to,, what can I do 
to get it back?..I had scanned a bunch of old pics and saved them there.  I 
have Nortons System Works, the way I habe things set up though it does not go 
to the recycle bin that I can see.  Can I get it back?
