I haven't found any of that idea to be very effective. Respond to any of 
those junk mail you get after signing up for something and all that happens 
is you get MORE...and MORE.. The only other way I have ever found to get rid 
of the more is to get an email remover program and run your mail thru THAT 
first. It will allow you to delete anything unwanted from your mail server, 
leaving what you want for download.
