I did not realize the pharmacies sold them. I had seen a pamplet once in a
local pharmacy on some and think it was american med alert or something
which I did find online but dont really know if I should order from there or
not.

That's something I wouldn't play games with. Someone thinking of buying one
of those will likely need it to last for as long as possible and you have no
way of comparing what you would get online with the real MedAlert tags.
Nearly all pharmacies sell the real thing. Call your favorite and ask.
