Assuming both computers are plugged into the router, (can they share an
internet connection?) .... you have to specify which folders are shared on
each machine. You can only transfer files to and  from the shared folder on
the remote computer. Does that make sense? The computer that you are working
from you can access any folder but to send it to computer "B" you have to
send it to one of its shared folders.
