.chm files. Maybe you don't have the help system on your computer. The one
its not working on... is it WinXP?

Right-click the desktop and select NEW > TEXT DOCUMENT. When it creates it,
change the name to anything.chm. After you do this, go ahead and right-click
on it and select PROPERTIES. When the properties come, where it says TYPE OF
FILE, it should say COMPILED HTML HELP FILE. If it doesn't, its probably
that the older computer can't play the CHM files. In this case, you need to
download the appropriate file from MS and install it. We can probably find
that if you can't.
