I did that twice..I deleted and reinstalled... it's still coming up empty 
download for update...not useable without up to date program....I deleted it 
again...and wrote MS--not that I will get an answer. I am not impressed with 
that program either with or without the update. It keeps finding the same
problem?? over and over and over and nothing else..but there is NO 
indication of the name of the problem,  Just where it is...Don't LIKE 
that...
