Click on icon which looks like a target.

It looks like you can find out what to remove in Advanced Tools, 
System Explorers, Running Processes.

In this section, it gives you the ability to remove or learn 
more about the process running.

Or another way is through Advanced Tools, System Explorer, 
Startup programs.  Highlight each to have MS Anti-Spyware tell 
you what each is.  Then make your decision to block or 
permanently remove the startup program.  Also has an option to 
send to SpyNet for analysis.

And I may be blind or just plain stupid, but all I want is a

"Tools/Options/settings/default/change".
