-=PCTechTalk=- Re: mac vs pc

Well if you're used to a PC be prepared to be confused (LOL).
Someone gave me a Mac and I gave it away. No thanks.

I do movie editing (using Serif's Movie Plus 5) and have all PC
art programs (like Mirage, PSP 9, ArtRage 2, Twisted Brush, etc)
and most were written for PCs.

Besides this is a PC Tech Talk list so you'll have to find
another list to ask questions if you get the Mac. Frankly, if
you look around, there is more software for PCs and a lot are
free, unlike the Mac.

Hi,

I am thinking of buying a new computer soon and want something
that is good
for movie editing. Someone told me I should try a mac for
multimedia use.
I have never used one. Can anyone tell me the main differences
in the two
and how hard it is to get used to the other?

thanks,
