Irq fault is normally caused by malfuctioning cards or cards trying to
use the same bus line. Remove all the cards then put them back in one
by one if possible change the order in which you put the cards. If you
have a bios that allows clear the nvram and turn off onboard lan and
soundcard if accpilicable.
