No, because under normal circumstances, they'd be downloaded to the user's machine. If we can't access them from the CW applet, one could open Explorer, surf to the \Program Files\CallWave\Calls folder, and find the call(s) roughly the same time(s) as appearing in the applet, hopefully there.
