I like the SATA drives better.  It is typical for them to have large caches 
and spin at 7200rpm or faster.

I'm not sure about the SATA I and SATA II.  I would imagine it is simply an 
improved standard and either will work.  Do a Google to learn more.

I do not understand the numbers "It's a sata 3.0gb/hd oem.  I think my board 
is a 1/5 gb"  Can you clarify?
