Since disabling ZA appears to fix the problem, it would appear to be a ZA 
problem.  Navigate to  http://forum.zonelabs.org/zonelabs and select an 
appropriate forum there and post your problem.  Did you ever try 
uninstalling ZA and reinstalling it?  Or installing a different firewall?
