To be honest, I never noticed it not working until I tried to use my "Family
Tree Maker" program's help files. But then I started trying other help
files and most would not work, My brother also looked at it and noticed it
too. I dont think that program caused it, I just never needed the help
files much before. The computer I had before this did not have a "restore
disk" I had my own OS disk. That is the only thing different I can think
of. I called help desk at the "Family Tree Maker" place and also called
where I got my computer and talked to them, everyone passed it on to someone
else,. no help. I now have two computers. I tried that "Family Tree
Program" on my new Dell computer, help files work just fine. All my help
files work fine on this computer..
