I'm not an expert on this, but from personal experience I have found
that when I get this message it's time to do a system restore back to
factory specs. I 've had this happen on my 98se machine after 2 years
and my XP machine after 4 months. Having them takin back to factory
specs fixed it. Be sure to back up your info on a floppy ore a cd so as
to be able to reinstall after the reformat.
