Ah, you never said they had made any changes before.  Glad to hear you were 
able to change them back, but I'm not quite sure where that leaves you. 
When you say you're on dial-up, are you saying that's the way you always 
connect (you do not have a high speed connection) or that it's the only way 
you have left to connect (as in, your normally working high speed connection 
is not working right now)?
