Can't you click on :

Bookmarks
Manage Bookmarks
Click the Plus sign on the left plane for the folder
On the right side click Name
and the sub-folder should go to the top
all the sites not put into a folder should then go to the bottom 
in alpha order
Then exit out

When you click on Bookmarks again, the subfolder should be at 
the top.

At least mine did when I did the above :-)

i got a REAL rookie question...i have saved things in a 
folder..all well and good...but for some ditzy reason the folder 
is buried in the middle of the favorites list..in other 
words..there are other sites not yet grouped abovfe and below 
them...how do i get all the sub folders up near the top???
