You shouldn't have any problem finding them with some file sharing software, though - I see lots of old versions of software in people's shares all the time. I've noticed buggy behaviour in the latest Spybot, myself. For some reason it stopped updating itself, and I had to do it manually every few weeks by downloading the update files from the Spybot website. I eventually just dumped the program and used Ad-aware instead.
