yeah - it is -
wondering though - if people use firefox - what do they 
normally use for their e-mail client. If they don't use IE, 
they most likely don't use OE - which means, they can't view 
stationery anyway - which means, they wouldn't need to see 
stationery web sites, right? Just thinking here....
I'll check out this change to see what happens!

IE is more forgiving then firefox

Your problem might be here:

borderColor=#000000; CELLSPACING="0" CELLPADDING="8" 
WIDTH="90%"
<body
BACKGROUND="bkg3.jpg">


Take the < bracket before body background out and see if 
that
doesn't solve the problem for firefox.
