-=PCTechTalk=- Re: exact name of tv tuner software that comes with card

Sorry for not getting back to you sooner, Hank. I was sleeping. lol

The software shows as supporting the KWorld ATSC TV card, so I'm assuming
that's the one you have. It also shows a badge (a small image with a logo)
that says it's Vista compatible, but then the spec sheet leaves Vista out of
the mix. I've pasted the spec sheet below.

Requirements:
  a.. Windows 2000/XP
b.. Pentium IV, 1.2 Ghz or equivalent
c.. 150 MB free hard drive space for program installation
d.. 256 MB RAM (512 MB DDR RAM recommended)
e.. 16-bit color display at 800x600 (32 MB video memory with DirectX 3D
support recommended)
  f.. DirectX 9 or above

Note: For time-shifting and MPEG-2 capturing, a Pentium IV 2.0 GHz processor
(or higher) or equivalent is required.

To support high-definition TV, we recommend enabling DX-VA (video card
hardware acceleration). Minimum requirement for display adapters:

a.. ATI Radeon 7200 or above
b.. nVidia Geforce MX 440 or above
  c.. ntel 82865 or above

There's nothing here to show how to set it up or get sound to work with
it.

Peace,
Gman
