I tried what you suggested by starting in safe mode, going into 
Explorer by right clicking on the start button, went to Windows, 
found temp folder and emptied it, then did a search for .tmp 
files, found 3 and deleted them. Went to Start, Run and put in 
CHKDSK, didn't give two options, ran it. It repaired one file. 
Restarted and did this for the other user. Still have the same 
error, sometimes followed by the Dr Watson error.
