    That will definitely work as long as the license they have is for the 
same type of XP that's on your disk.  On the other hand, if they have a key 
for an OEM version, it may not be accepted on a full retail version install. 
Then again, it might.  If you end up going this way, let me know and I'll 
give you an idea for testing it without destroying the original install.
