Are you wanting to get one account email on one computer and the other
account on the other computer? If so, simply delete the account you
don't want to get mail from on each computer.
If you want to get mail from both accounts on both computers but don't
want to see the same emails on both computers, then make sure each email
client is NOT configured to keep messages on the server.
You might want to consider using IMAP instead of POP for your email.
