You could try deleting the account with the error and then set it up again 
(write down all the settings before deleting it so you do it correctly). 
Sometimes accounts get corrupted!  Its happened to me :o)

I googled it and found that others are having the same problem sending 
attachments.  One person had tried sending from another account so I tried 
sending from my gmail account and it went with no error message. What does 
that tell us?
