Did you try the Export favorites?

You should be able to export them to a file..and then..import them in
XP.....

In IE...press File and then go to Import Export...

In XP.. do the same...File..then Import Export..and choose the option to
import...
You can do favorites and cookies.

Hugs,
Rose
