"Making money" has nothing to do with whether or not its legal. Pretty much any 
software title on the market can be obtained on the internet if you know where 
to look. That hefty $800 Photoshop package is just a simple download away... if 
you know where to look. The "warez" groups making them available aren't selling 
it or making money on it. They're just simply doing it cause they feel they're 
contributing to a society that shouldn't pay for stuff if they don't have it.
Yes... if you buy the music, you should be able to do what you please with 
it... sort of. But, doesn't make it legal. Still illegal.

Do we all do it? Sure. We're not criminals. We just want nice background music 
for our family videos!
