Then ask him to explain. In terms that you can understand. If his
explanation is "Trust me", don't. If he can not convince you that your
computer will be safe with your neice's computer hooked to it, don't let him
hook it up.
You should be especially interested in file and printer sharing and drive by
hackers accessing your computer.
