Temps look great, so I suspect the probe is misleading you. Chassis
fans can be both front and back (or either or). The best way to investigate
this claim is to open up the case and peek inside. The probe is telling you
that there is a fan header on the mainboard that is not reporting itself as
operational. It could simply be a header without a fan attached to it. The
probe may report it as coming from Fan3. If so, each fan header will be
numbered. Track down the Fan3 header on the mainboard and follow any leads
coming from it.
