So, one stick is 512 mg?  Do I need to order it through like a VPR site or 
can go anywhere and ask for 512 mg of memory ( a stick) of DDR 266 DIM, 
184pin, PC 2100 (p/n VPR-XDA512).

I guess what I am asking is specifically what do I tell the sales person I 
want?  I never bought just memory before.  One gig is not alot for computers 
now a days is it?  Do most newer computers allow for more memory than that? 
I guess you need to consider how much memory a computer can hold before you 
buy it then.
