Hi Folks,
when I was trying to download Adobe I kept getting
the security warning.
Turns out I had ActiveX blocked in IE and Avant Browser.
Look for a Yellow (warning)bar below the top of the IE window
between it and the box of the page you are one.
You click on it for more info, I think you get a drop down to
allow it.
On my computer I just changed my setting to allow it and
changed it after the download.
I also added adobe.com to my "Trusted Sites" in IE7
Tools> Internet options> Security

Jan,
Try it again, but this time look at the titlebar of the Warning you get
and see if it tells you what program is reporting it. I'm hoping you will
be told that it's a specific security app that's blocking Adobe products.
If it is, it'll be relatively easy to go into that program's settings and
unblock it (and maybe figure out why it's been blocked in the first place)
Happy Holidays,
Gman
