Jan,
I have more patience than most and you're not coming anywhere NEAR my
limit. lol
Part of that page contains a Flash utility that scans for and reports on
the installed version of Flash. It's a few inches down from the top on the
left side of the page (mixed in with the rest of the main content). I'm not
looking for you to try again. Just to see if the Flash thing tells you what
version is installed.
