It appears they are using fonts and other features that are not backward
compatible. Recent versions of the reader have been very very slow with
excessive crud and I have been avoiding getting a newer version. Never had
any problems until my first visit to buy.com. It will probably be my last.
I'll gladly pay a little more for better customer service.
I'll go check pricegrabber and froogle. See what I can find.
