Bily is a long time Digest member of the group, actually.  I currently have 
that addy set to both Moderated (incoming posts must be approved from now 
on) as well as set to Vacation Mode (so list posts will not be sent to that 
addy until the flag is unset).  Those two changes should put a stop to the 
nonsense and, hopefully, alert Bily that something is not right.
