Hi Gman,
No, I dont think it is just with email program being on. I tried going to
start, control panel, internet options, connections, and changed to never
dial on my dial up account. It was on dial when a network connection is not
present and I changed it to never dial. Since I thought there was a network
connection present (cable) then I do not see why that would have been a
problem but so far all is well right now.??
