Well, I don't know what to tell you now.  The behavior sounds like ZA is
stopping traffic because of too much repetitive activity, but I don't see 4
or 5 webpage changes or typical consumer email activity sufficient to
trigger such a lockout.

I would suggest downloading a different firewall and see if you get the same
problem.  I would also suggest visiting the ZA forums wherever they may be
and see if anybody there can help.

Is it possible you have a worm or virus doing things in the background and
ZA is detecting that traffic and locking down the internet?

I don't use ZA anymore so I can't really go beyond these generalities.
