If you mean that your friend was trying to bring up the web page and it did 
that, their web browser is the culprit.  It indicates that something's not 
playing nice within the browser and they should check to see if there are 
any updates for both the browser itself as well as any extensions or add-ons 
they're running.  Although it's unlikely, it could also be the result of a 
'nasty' hiding within the browser support files (the most likely place would 
be a toolbar).

If the message comes up for something other than just trying to bring up the 
page, let me know what's going on with as much detail as possible.
