Hi Mike, I still have not been able to find this word wrap option in OE, 
where might it be?  I've followed the steps someone gave a few days ago, but 
it isn't there when  I find it.  I went to tools>options>send>HTML settings, 
then I can see a grayed-out area where it tells how many characters, but I 
can't change it.  I don't NEED to, but wonder why this option isn't 
available? ~Glo

Hi Sandi,
try seting the Word Wrap to 72 characters or less.
see if that helps.
